The Pacific Swimming Board of Directors meets on the dates listed below. All members of Pacific Swimming and USA Swimming are welcome to attend. Board meetings are held at the Courtyard San Ramon, 18090 San Ramon Valley Road, San Ramon, California 94583.
In 2013, meetings of the Board are scheduled for February 20, April 24, July 24, September 25, and November 20. In addition, meetings of the Exeutive Committee are scheduled for January 23, March 27, May 22, and October 23. No meetings of either group are scheduled for June, August, or December. Board meetings start at 7:30 p.m. and end at 9 p.m. See our Board Documents page for minutes, agendas, reports, motions, and other material prepared for recent board meetings.
House of Delegates meetings are held twice a year. In 2013, House of Delegate meetings are scheduled for May 4 and October 12. House of Delegate meeting locations and times will be announced prominently on this website. Please note that the new officers and members of the Board of Directors who were elected at the House of Delegates meeting on May 4 do not take office until September 1.
