THE HIGH COUNTRY OF PACIFIC SWIMMING
Zone 4 includes the portion of Pacific Swimming lying in the State of Nevada (Reno - Carson City - Minden areas); the counties of Alpine and El Dorado, California (south Tahoe area); and the communities of Bishop and Mammoth Lakes, California.

Sept. 10, 2017 - Congratulations to Katie Crom (LAKE) on being named 2016-2017 Pacific Swimming Outstanding Swimmer in the 13-year-old girls long-course category! Katie is also a finalist for the 2017 Pacific Swimming age-group female Race of the Year award, for her performance in the 200m Butterfly (2:15.64) at the Western Zone Senior Championship in Clovis, CA, on August 1.
Aug. 10, 2017 - Congratulations to Zone 4 graduates Shelby Koontz (DDST/Indiana University) and Rachel Matsumura (LAKE/Indiana University) for their performances at the 2017 US Open Championships in New York August 2-6. Shelby competed in 4 events, including a 10th place finish in the 100m butterfly (59.90). Rachel competed in 4 events and placed 15th in 200m backstroke (2:13.78).
Dec. 9, 2016 - Zone-4 All-star Athlete and Coach/manager applications and meet sheet now available for the 2017 Pacific Swimming Zone All-star meet March 4-5 at the Cunningham Aquatic Complex in Vallejo, California.
July 13, 2016 - Congratulations to Zone 4 athletes Donna DePolo (RENO - 100m Br) and McKenna Meyer (RENO - 400m IM) for qualifying and competing at the USA Swimming Olympic Team Trials in Omaha, NE, June 27 - July 3.
