Zone 3 includes Pacific member clubs in the City and County of San Francisco, Marin County, Sonoma County, Napa County, western Solano County (the Vallejo/Benicia area), Mendocino County, Lake County, Humboldt County and Del Norte County.

2026 Applications for Zone All Star Meet
Athlete Application to participate as an athlete for the Zone 3 Pacific Swimming Zone All-Star Meet (ZAM).
The athlete application is due by March 29, 2026.
Here's the link for the application for Zone 3 coaches and non-athlete members registered with Pacific Swimming wishing to join the staff for the Pacific Swimming Zone All-Star Meet (ZAM). Coaches will be responsible for 8 athletes in one of the four age groups (8/U, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14). There will be one (1) Manager, one (1) Head Coach, and up to seven (7) assistant coaches selected for the team. This application is due by March 15, 2026.
