Championship Surveys

 

Pacific Swimming has a policy to survey those who attend our Age Group Championships and Far Westerns. Below are the links to surveys for this year's Spring Age Group Championship and Spring Far Westerns. If you were at either of these meets and if you did not already have a chance to take our surveys, please take a moment to fill out the survey(s) to give us feedback on how the meets ran and what might need improvement.
