April 15, 2026 - 2026 Spring Far Western Championship Survey
Pacific Swimming has a policy to survey those who attend our Far Western Championships. If you were at the 2026 Spring Far Westerns Championships in Morgan Hill, CA, please take a moment to fill out this survey to give us feedback on how the meet ran and what might need improvement.
