September 4, 2020 - Congratulations ALGA, BAC, CROW, EBA, EBSD, PRNA, and TAHO on Becoming Safe Sport Recognized Clubs


Pacific Swimming currently has 44 clubs that have been certified as Safe Sport Recognized Clubs - 2nd LSC in the Nation!

We would like to recognize AlaGators, Burlingame Aquatic Club, Crow Canyon Country Club Sharks, East Bay Aquatics Association, East Bay Silver Dolphins, Piranha Swimming, and Tahoe Swim Club, on achieving Safe Sport Recognized Club status! They join ALTO, PLS, LGSC, LAC, MBSC, QSS, BAY, TERA, CARS, SSS, TIGR, AAA, TIDE, NVST, PEAK, SBA, SUNN, WA, CRUZ, DDST, HSC, OAPB, OAQ, SCSC, UD, PASA, WANV, RENO, BSW, MONT, PST, RHAC, VJO, FOG, MCSD, NNA, and OAK, as clubs that have completed the process. We also currently have 12 other teams that have started the process on becoming Safe Sport Recognized.

The Safe Sport Recognized Club Program (“SSRP”) allows a USA Swimming member club to publicly demonstrate its unwavering commitment to creating an abuse-free, safe, healthy and positive environment for all its members through the implementation of the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy, Anti-Bullying measures, Safe Sport Best Practices and Athlete Protection Training.
